Works with your AI stack
Connect the systems you already use. Keep the tools that already work.
Synvolv brings identity, policy, evidence and action across production AI without forcing an immediate gateway, evaluation, billing or delivery-system replacement.
Synvolv connects to the systems you already run, including Slack, GitHub, OpenTelemetry, Snowflake, Stripe and LaunchDarkly. The complete integration surface is listed below.
Your evaluation platform keeps evaluating.
Your gateway keeps routing.
Your billing system keeps billing.
Synvolv connects the customer-aware operating decision across them. It is the layer that knows which customer a change reaches — not another copy of the systems that already run.
The integration surface
Five classes of system, 43 connection points. Availability is confirmed per connector during setup — this is the surface Synvolv is built to read, not a claim that every row is live today.

What connecting involves
Read-only first. Every write after that is a separate grant.
01
Connect a trace source
One read-only credential against the telemetry you already emit. Seven days of history is enough to establish a baseline. No gateway change, no code in the request path.
02
Map customer identity
Point Synvolv at the field that already identifies the account on a request. This is the step that turns aggregate traces into per-customer evidence.
03
Bring one upcoming change
A pull request that touches a prompt, model, tool or agent. Synvolv replays it and returns the customer-impact report. Commercial-system integration is not required for the first insight.
The exact time depends on instrumentation and how complete your customer identity data already is. What does not vary: nothing Synvolv connects to gains write access by being connected. Production actions are granted one at a time, scoped, approved and revocable — see how access works.
Limits worth knowing before you ask
What this does not do.
Availability is per connector, not per list
The groups above are the surface Synvolv is built to read. Which specific connectors are live for your stack is confirmed during setup — we would rather tell you on a call than publish a logo wall that implies more than it should.
Semantic quality needs content access
Metadata-only mode can analyse cost, latency, errors, loops, usage, customer attribution and configuration drift. Judging whether an answer got worse requires content access, redacted content, evaluation datasets, existing evaluation results, or customer-hosted evaluation.
Synvolv replaces none of these systems
It is not a gateway, an evaluation platform, a feature-flag system or a billing engine. If you are looking to consolidate those, this is the wrong tool. It connects them so one decision can be made across all of them.
Commercial context is optional to start
Contracts and entitlements are what make a review commercially aware, but the first customer-impact review needs only traces and one change. Connect the commercial record when you want the review to know what a customer is owed.
Running something that is not listed?
Most connections are a trace source, a webhook or a read-only API key. Tell us what you run and we will say plainly whether it works today, is in private beta, or is planned.
Find out who it changes before your customers do.
Start with the change your team is already debating.
Bring any of theseA model migration.A prompt edit.A retrieval change.A new tool.A workflow update.A routing change.A customer-policy change.An AI-related pull request.
You do not have to trust Synvolv with production to see whether the answer is useful. Start in shadow. Add control when you are ready.
